my hair is long in the front and short in the back...kind of like posh spice...i think its called an inverted bob...and i get a lot of compliments on it...its not a pony tail...but i have just enough to pull back in a rubber band...

What i do when i want to find a hairstyle.

Look for celebrities who have the same hairstyle/length as you.

For example, Cameron Diaz used to have short hair, she does some amazing things with hers.

But for short hair, try usuing your straightners and slightly turn the ends under, it will make your hair look like it has tonnes of volume, and give it a really different look. As well as giving you that superstar flick.

Other ideas; layers, half up..half down use a pretty clip or some bobby pins :)

You can try cutting it into a bob its like longer in the front and shorter in the back but dont cut it so much that it gets to short. if you want reference rihanna had this haircut before she cut it really short.
