  1. sounds like youre gonna break up into small groups and work on projects.  fun fun fun!

  2. You meet either outside however it normally is inside of class.  It is a group of people that you discuss your findings, answers, thoughts or what ever you are working on with.

  3. You could meet outside the class or break down into smaller groups within the class.  xox

  4. A discussion group can be pretty much any meeting of two or more people. Think about it, when you can your friends are sitting eating lunch, what do you do? Discuss!

  5. they're usually not outside of class. it depends on how your school might do them, maybe your teacher was just talking about how you were going to break into discussion groups during a certain day of class. otherwise your teacher might mean that one of the days of the week that you have class is a discussion group day where you meet in a different classroom, with a smaller group of kids from the class. kind of like how a lot of science classes in college have a different section on their schedule for lab. if your teacher didn't mention anything though and it's not on your schedule, then maybe it's just something you're going to do one day in class.

it's basically just when you get into a smaller group of people though and have a more intimate discussion about a topic you're covering. it allows a huge lecture class to be broken down and allowed to have more interaction and participation.

  6. If you're having trouble comprehending the material, a discussion group is the time you can work out with others the parts you're having trouble with...sort of like group tutoring...

  7. It's a group where you discuss things.

  8. they are a group of people who get together and discuss things.  if you've never had one in class, then the teacher probably expects you to be in the out of class.

  9. pretty self explanatory lol.

its just a group that meets to discuss a certain topic. it can be in or out of class depending on what the teacher says.
