I would go with the R1 because its faster, but if you are tall then it would be an uncomfortable ride for you.

R1 Hands down,  ZX10  is what you need to keep up with it.  Zx9  would keep up for about  1500  ft.

acceleration or top speed?

lap speed? which track?  

unless you're one of the top 5 riders in the world, it isn't going to make a difference, thy're that close.

personally i'd go for the R1, but I'm 6'6" and that would look too much like a monkey humping a football.

hi i would say the yam r1 mate as its got more power .

the kawasaki zx9 its more of a street bike mate you would have to show of with your mates ...

but yes 100% the ri is the better bike

overal top speed the r1 would win. with the accelaration they are probably the same
