like 100 percent free i need it for maryland i run a buisness and need to see employees records can someone help me?

I dont know any thats free either, but I recommend http://www.v1g.org its 20 bucks but you can look up people for a year, and its unlimited. Hope this helps!

You can try looking up their public records, http://www.crimcheck.com has an extensive public records page you can use for free.

However, since this is for your business, I would highly recommend running actual background checks on your employees, this is to protect you and your company, since public records may be missing information or may be inaccurate.
