because it's like photoshop and you can add , add-ons for brushes and other cool stuff.

But for faster editing go to Picnik.com

A free alternative to PhotoShop is GIMP. While it is as powerful as PhotoShop, it's a bit harder to use. If you can't get your head around it, check some tutorials on YouTube:

I recommend GIMP, it has many features of Photoshop and costs nothing.
