Whats a good acne cleanser?

Are there any suggestions for a good drug store brand of acne cleanser that wont make your skin really dry? i have normal to oily skin and some breakouts that gotta go!

The spot treatments in shops are ****,

i went to the doctors and they gave me a liquid roll on thing called 'zineryt' its really good..its getting rid of my acne and only leaving smallish scars.

Try Neutrogena oil free Acne Wash. It keeps your skin clean and healthy and prevents breakouts while getting rid of excess oil. It does make some people's skin a little dry (as do all acne cleansers) but if you just moisturize after using it you should be fine! Good Luck!

I have that problem but the biggest thing is No ones skin is the same so you'll just have to depend on cleansing your face twice a day, with something one of the top acne cleansing companies: Netrogena, Biore, Clean and Clear, or Clearasil. I have yet to try the Blackhead eraser which i hear works extremely well.
