  1. Mixing alcohol with diet sodas is not good to do. Something in the artificial sweeteners cause a reaction with the alcohol. Just stick with plain liquor and fruit juice with some water mixed in. Or if you are bold enough, try a good tequila like "Jose Cuervo 1800" and fresh lime juice and some salt to l**k. Yummy....

  2. do you really drink that much for it to be an important part of your diet?  Straight liquor will f#$% you up and won't pack on a gut, unlike beer.  Depends what type of liquor you like.  Vodka is a good base for drinks. I can't imagine screwdrivers have that many calories.

  3. Great question. I suggest you take a look at some of these low cal drink ideas at Liquor Live:

  4. Vodka with Diet Sprite (has like 70 calories) or white wine...

  5. There is no such thing as "no calorie" booze unfortunately.  I would stay away from diet soda though.  Your best bet is to stick with clear drinks like vodka. I usually like drinking gin and tonic and some lime, but tonic water has too many calories--maybe you can try it with seltzer water?  Better yet, vodka on the rocks will have less calories and will definitely get the job done.

    Drink responsibly...Cheers! ;)

  6. straight vodka or other clear alcohol is your best best, rather than beers or wines, but unfortunately, theres no such thing as a calorie free alcoholic drink because alcohol in itself has calories (and empty calories at that).

So it's either get drunk and fat, or stay classy and skinny.
