Please Help me find the right program to use. I am currently using 30 day trial of bit defender total security 2008

any ideas cause its for both me and my fiancee we need a clean computer always freezing on us

Although they advertise all in one suites, you&#039;ll never find one that does it all.

You will need several things to keep your computer clean and they are all free.

Here are my recommendations:-

anti-virus - Avast Home Edition http://avast.com

anti-spyware - SUPERantispyware [free version] http://superantipsyware.com

anti-spyware - Spybot Search and Destroy http://safer-networking.com

cookie and registry cleaner - ccleaner http://ccleaner.com

firewall - I won&#039;t recommend one as there are many to choose from depending on your personal needs.

firewall - http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

They are all the best in their category and FREE. Stay away from AVG, Norton or security suites.
