Whats a good amp for cvx12?

i am wanting to get a new amp to push my kicker cvx12 and i am looking at these 2 amps

only get those amps if your sub is a 4 ohm DVC

get the stronger one by rms rating. that way you dont stress it out as much and you can play your system louder or if you upgrade
