Whats a good anime ecchi to watch?

i like anime with ecchi but i want it to have a really good story line. i like action romance is ok but i guess i would prefere something other then romance. but if you think it has to be watched then list it.

"Ninja Scroll" the movie and series.

"Ichi the Killer" live action and anime

"Perfect Blue"

"Urotsukidoji"

and

"Blood the last vampire" - a must see but not ecchi.

If you like ecchi, I'd definately suggest the first 4 in that order
