Whats a good banquet hall in houston for a 15?

well yah i need the place to hav the party... but they are all so expensive... i want something reasonable and very pretty...

also hav any of you heard of the villa its somewhere in houston and i went there for a wedding.. how r the prices?

You can have a private room for that size party for free, that is no charge for the room, just order from the menu in advance, at Yao's Chinese Restaurant on Gessner at Westheimer.  The restaurant was recently voted #1 Chinese restaurant in the city!  Have fun!

Try Sylvan Beach in La Porte, the uniquely round building seats 800 guests.  The building itself is huge with floor to ceiling windows all around and a view of the Gulf with an outside deck for viewing.  I believe it runs about $1500 for a Friday night event.  Check it out at http://www.laportetexas.net/pavilion.htm
