  1. Well first of all benching anything over your weight is good cause it means you have Strenght.

    I'm 5'10 168Lbs I can bench 215 as a One rep max

    I do sets of 185lbs

    The best thing for you is eat right work out slowly to get used to machines and dont give up stay dedicated.

    Dont get frusterated it happend to me before i worked out for 2 months didnt see much gains and quit. it takes time to build muscle.

    It probaly didnt help you much but hey atleast I responded LOL
