I am intereseted in learning more about the ancient Mayan civilization and wanted to learn more about their heiroglyphs and calendar. I am looking for a book that transaltes (what is known) of their language into english. I am also looking for a book that explains the structure of the mayan calendar and the explains the terminology of it. I am not really interested in books that are based on a certain persons opinions on what the end date of the mayan calendar means.
