  1. hard times w charlie bronson

  2. Cinderella Man is a great boxing movie about the life of former champion who beat the odds during the Depression in America named James J Braddock.  It is heartwarming and inspirational, not to mention amazing!  The boxing scenes in it are outstanding too with good acting.

  3. Best choice is When We Were Kings, a 1997 documentary movie about the 1974 "Rumble in the Jungle" championship bout between boxers Muhammad Ali and George Foreman in Kinshasa, Zaire.

There  are some great recent theatrical releases...

Ali, with Will Smith, about the Greatest, Muhammad Ali.

Cinderella Man (Russell Crowe), about James Braddock.

Million Dollar Baby (Hilary Swank) featuring women's boxing.

If you're looking for something older and a bit more cerebral...

Raging Bull (Robert DeNiro) about Jake Lamotta.

Check the web site below for a list of boxing movies.

  4. Million Dollar Baby

  5. The Hurricane

    The Price of Glory

    Snake Eyes

    Ali

    Raging Bull

  6. The Best boxing documentary and movie is "When we were kings" its all about the rumble in the jungle.

Fake ones that are good are Gladiator (92 or so) cuba gooding jr is in it.

Ali is alright but kindda weak because it leaves out the thrilla in Manilla.

The Hurrican is good, but not much boxing in it.

Undisputed is good, Great white hype is funny, Diggstown was always a favorite of mine, has James Woods, Luis Gosset Jr.

If you want inspiration go with "When we were kings" its great.

Dont watch Raging Bull you will be bored out of your mind. I liked it ok, but im a huge boxing nut, most people would find it very boring.
