Whats a good brand of laptops?

Whats the best brand. i dont want to spend over 1000 dollars and i need good speed and memory. whats the bes brand and if u could offer a laptop please do. i use it for gaming and videos. it must have a webcam

samsung HP or toshiba are all good makes but to make sure you get what u want go with dell and customise it

I'd look at both Dell and HP. Go to each of there websites and you can customize what type of computer you'd like. In the search perameters, just click something like "under 1000" or whatever.
