Question:

Whats a good breakfast to have to balance out a Thai take-out dinner?

I'm haveing Pineapple Tangerine Chicken from a local thai restaurant tommorow, and i was wondering what i should eat for breakfast to get all my nutrients for the day....i dont eat lunch so breakfast will be the only other meal i have that day.

  1. Crispy toasts dip into soft boil eggs

    oatmeal with spoonful of honey

    milk tea


  2. hard to really answer that not knowing your health information such as weight, age etc... but in general you will need some calcium (eggs, milk, cheese), a bit of protein (turkey bacon, sausage, don't over do it), some whole wheat bread for carbs, and more fruit or veggies never hurt. so i would say a glass of orange juice, and a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast.  that would be perfect. eat some yogurt as a snack during the day. the more small meals you eat throughout the day the more your metabolism will stay up, burn fat, and keep the nutrients that you consume.

  3. i would go for a nice light fruit salad, maybe some egg whites for protein, toast (preferably wheat if your a health nut) and some low fat yogurt.
