Take a look at the Creative Vado or the Flip Mino. The Vado is the cheaper of the two at about $90.  I think you can find the white Flip Mino for $150 on Amazon.  Both will do the job of uploading your videos to Youtube.  I think the Mino has slightly better video and sound quality, but you can't beat the price of the Vado.
