Whats a good camera that has a charger built in?

I am looking for a cam and i need it to be built in charger instead of the batteries. i am just looking and i dont know what one to get.

I have never seen one.  

To charge, one must have a battery and batteries do eventually fail.  If it is built-in, then you are looking at the cost of having someone replace it for you ... eventually.  Being able to do it yourself is much more logical.
