Whats a good camera to buy for around 150-250 dollars?

I want to buy a camera for around 150-250 dollars i want to have a great camera that takes great pictures and is a really great camera to use outside and inside with. THis is my first camera so i want to make it the best camera i can have right now so help me out.

a kodak easy share the little one but not with the small buttons i have no idea what the real name of it is! it is avalible at radioshack and they are allin that range. (ps the one with the smallest buttons aren't that great!)
