So ima get a car soon, but idk which one to choose.

I want a fast one. That I can fix and it will look good.

I dont want to spend that much money in it 6,000 or less if possible. Some of the cars i was thinking of were:

-1995 Mitsubishi eclipse gs or gst.

-1999 Volkswagen Jetta VR6

-Honda civic (idk which kind is best for this tho.)

-Acura Integra (same as above^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^)

What I mean by i dont know what kind is best for this is that,

idk what they talk about when they sad "DX" or "LX" or "EX"

whats the difference in that? Which one is better?

Which of those cars would give me better performence and speed? All that good stuff. I would really appreciate your ppls help. Thanks. :]

Oh yeah, and my dad has this 1995 Nissan 200sx se. He says he'll give me that one...but idk if its good for what I want it.

If you have any other recommendations please tell me.

thanks.

  1. With $6000, you can buy an Integra GSR [vtec - controls when the cams kick in = s*x] Civic Si for Dragging, Nissan 240sx for Drifting :)

  2. I think - you should also compare insurance quotes for these cars before buying one, for example here: http://autoinsurance.noneto.com

Young drivers usually have much higher rates than others. And it depends from car.

Such a sporty car costs a lot to insure.

  3. I know the civic dx is a hatchback but an eclipse you should look for is the gsx. Those cars have pretty good potential for street racing. The 200sx se really isn't that quick and i heard most of the sx models are ideal drift cars anyway.
