Whats a good cell that has picuures/videos and USB?

I am planning on getting a new phone but I want something that's not like really cheap but not expensive either. I want like a phone that has camera and video with USB so I can upload stuff. Also it should look nice, go along with T mobile, and shouldn't be more than like 80 dollarish.

ANY SMART PHONE DEPENDING ON THE CARRIER LIKE T-MOBILE I'D GO WITH THE PEARL AWESOME PHONE VERY RELIABLE AS WELL BUT IF YOU'RE GONNA FLASH A PHONE GE THE IPHONE 3G
