There are many, but if you are looking for something a little "higher caliber" than the good old standard Chinese Buffet, I would recommend PF Changs, either at La Cantera OR at the Quarry.  Alternatively, if you are close to Alamo Heights, try "Moo Shoo" (I can't type the chinese letters) but it is on the East side of Broadway, about a block south of loop 410.
