Whats a good college in Africa?

i want to go to college in Africa, but i need a solid college that would be equal to the education i would get in America, an american run university located in africa would be great.

Probably would be these:

United States International University-Africa (in Kenya...though Kenya isn't hasn't been very politically stable over the last couple of months...which is bad--my friend was scheduled to go abroad there and had the school cancelled her trip)

Other good ones: U Cape Town, U Pretoria, U South Africa, U Johannesberg, Hillsdale College

Would NOT recommend: Cheikh Anta Diop University

You really need to think about why you want to go to school there. Read the NY Times story below--colleges are not in a good state there--and Africa itself is not in a very good state. There's really bad political unrest, especially in Somalia, South Africa (esp. Pretoria), Somalia, and many more. Also, ones that have been safe (relatively speaking) for years are now unsteady (like Kenya and South Africa.)
