you might try vitamin e..puncture a gel capsule with a pin and squeeze ir on the scar..many yeas ago I remember the late Adelle Davis saying she ha used it on a back man (who typically form keloid scars) who was badly burned and his back a mass of scars with good effect

The herb myrrh I have used to prevent scarring. I poured a shot of espresso on my hand once when working at a coffee shop and my skin was so burned it bubbled. There is no scar after using myrrh. I put myrrh from a capsule mixed with extra virgin olive oil to a loose peanut butter consistency and put it daily on the area under a bandage. I don't know about with keloids,but myrrh is a natural antiseptic and a skin re-builder. Horsetail is good topically as well and these all mix well with oil.
