Whats a good diet for gaining weight but not fat? I workout everyday with cardio everyday. I have to keep my bodyfat low or get it lower but gain a little muscle.

  1. 40% Protien

    40% Cardio

    20% Fat

    This is typical body building diet and will produce alot of muscles. Try buying protien supplements and eleminating bread from your diet.

  3. that person means 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats it's good u want 1g protein for every 1g carbs u eat u want 1500cals minimum but dont go over 2000cals if ur a girl get at least 1g protein per lb u weigh fat grams should be around 40g idk id need ur height weight etc for exact numbers but u want lower fat diet dont count out all fat get fat from nuts avacados olive oil mayo good fats most pple forget mayo is a good fat but just dont go overboard and carbs dont eat sugars but whole grains fruits and veges no simple carbs and get lean proteins chicken turkey roast beef tuna seafood etc plus workout!!! strength train and cardio
