Whats a good diet???

ok im 5.8 and wigh 165 and im trying to gain more muscle on my arms and stomach ect...any good advice and motivation tips

  1. Look out for Saturated Fats, Transfats on all the labels at the store. Keep an eye out on protein and get enough exercise. Keep yourself on track. If you crave a chocolate bar, go ahead and eat one. It turns out if you don't let yourself have one every once in a while, you'll overindulge it. Good luck with your weight. Oh, yes, do some weight lifting. That helps with muscles. Research before you do any diets though and talk with your doctor about any diets you go on before you start them. :)  


  2. work out at the gym

    and eggs are full of protein but you have to eat the yolk too.

  3. well your not over weight, so you could take out some junk for a little fruit, and you can do free weights, bench, for the stomach biking is the best exercise, you can also do sit ups but make the harder for yourself, just dont do too many in one day
