  1. Cardio.

Anything that will get your heart beating faster is good for belly fat! :]

    Hope this helpedd.

  2. The main think take no sugar, and it's the portion size of food consumption that you eat that has much to due with your diet, get use to eating small portions, instead of eating a whole sandwich, just eat a half, before you know it you will be losing belly fat,and above all try to walk at least 15 minutes to start and keep adding more time after each week!

  3. I loss 20 pounds in 1 month. I use the Alli Program (Pills) and I eat: Breakfast; 300 Calories and 9 Total Fat. Lunch; 300 Calories and 9 Total Fat. Dinner; 400 Calories and 12 Total Fat. I don't eat any snacks. And I do Treadmill (Walk) 30 minutes. Try it and you see the difference soon. Good Luck!

  4. You got to find some vegetable that you like.  You work out, you're active, the problem must be what you're eating (or drinking).  Your dinner plate should be nearly 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 meat, and 1/4 starch of some sort.  Don't starve yourself.  The longer you withhold eating, the more your body will want to store your calories as fat.  Eat often, but choose wisely.

  5. You want to have a balanced diet, and make sure you are getting in enough calories. I'm not saying you aren't eating enough, but sometimes people will cut back too far in frustration when trying to lose a stubborn area. This actually causes weight loss to stall in many cases so you want to make sure that doesn't happen. As an active guy, I'd eat at least anywhere from 2500 to 3000 calories a day. I don't know your height and weight, so you might want to go to some place like caloriesperhour.com to get a more accurate estimate.

I understand not liking veggies. Just try to get lots of fruits, whole grains, brown (not white) rice, fish, and lean meat. You'll also want to make sure you get calcium rich foods and foods rich in good fats. See if you can stand salad as a means of sneaking in veggies. They can be easy to dress up as long as you pick a reasonable dressing, or a light version of a dressing you like so as to avoid overloading on bad fats. Olive oil mixed with lemon juice and any spices you might like can also make for a nice dressing.

Increasing your calcium intake (to something like 1600-1800mg per day for women, not completely sure for men) can also help. It results in more belly fat lost than if you were to keep your calcium intake at the minimum requirement.

Mono unsaturated fats (the stuff you find in some types of fish, peanut butters, avocado, almonds, pecans, olive oil) also tend to help with losing belly fat. So definitely make sure you up your intake of those. Lol sorry for the novel, but hopefully it helps some. Good luck! 8-)
