Whats a good dirt bike?

ok im a intermediate rider and looking for another dirt bike. Im trying to get away from an 85 and preferably a 250 just wondering what you all think a good bike is. i was thinking about the honda crf 250 or the suzuki rm 250?

Probably a red one, those usually go fast.

I just moved from a Kawasaki 85 to Yamaha WRF250. Granted Im recovering from a broken femur now, but I LOVE the bike. Great trail rider, which is my type of riding. My husband just bought a YZF250 and loves it for the shear power and says it's super fast.

I did LOTS of comparing online before I decided on what I wanted. There are websites that can give you a side by side comparison of every bike. Check one out and find what matches what you're looking for in a bike.

All of the big 5 manufacturers make a great bike these days. My only suggestion would be going with a 4 stroke over a 2, but that's your call. If I were buying a new 250F right now it would be the KX-F, but I'd be happy with any of them. If I were buying a new 250 2 stroke for motocross it would be the YZ250, wouldn't even consider any other models. If I were buying a 250 2 stroke for the woods, definitely a KTM250XC-W.
