Whats a good enegry drink/gel?

I preferably i want a drink but if you have a really good gel let me know. I want something that is not like red bull. I want minimal caffeine if you can. I am an athlete but I need something to give me energy in the morning for early practices (5:00 AM-8:00 AM). If its natural and you know it works let me know also. Thanks.

  1. Try green tea.  It's got a lot of health benefits, including being very high in antioxidant properties.

    Also, freshly juiced vegetables give you killer energy and definitely don't have caffeine!  As an athlete, your body will appreciate the intense nutrition you're giving it.
