Whats a good energy drink?

im wondering what a good engery drink is because i heard redbull isnt good for you.

what do you prefer?

  2. Water is the BEST energy drink there is. When you are feeling fatigued, cranky and down -- drink a glass or two of water and you'll likely feel better. We often feel tired or get hungry when we are actually thirsty. Many people are dehydrated.

    Lots of energy drinks hop you full of sugar and caffeine. That just dehydrates you even more. Consider giving water a try. You'll feel great! And it is so cheap!!!!

Well, I like water and coffee, but they ARENT energy drinks... if ya want one thats good for you (or better for you than the others) try green tea and maybe even ROCKSTAR, green tea doesn't satisy my tastebuds though, so i drink monster, but the crash can be intense, not for me but for my friends, so if you really want to be healthy AND stay awake, try green tea, if you want something more flavorful, maybe mix it with some different flavors, until you get the flavor you want. Don't be afraid to experiment! XD

  13. tahitian noni...their energy drinks are called Hiro Energy..its all natural but the other drinks out there like monster, rockstar etc gets you pimped up on sugar then you crash but hiro energy drinks are all natural and its gives you plentiful energy
