  1. running. crunches. sit-ups. push-ups. ride ur bike. skipping


  2. do cardio first to get your heart rate up. ie...bike riding, eliptical, running, jump roping. then do weight training after so you burn more fat and build muscle

You can do running, swimming, jump-roping and many others, but make sure to choose one that you find fun, because then you will want to keep on doing it.   4. Anything GENTLE and long.

    Vigorous exercise burns more fuel, but most of it is sugar. (These fuels aren't interchangeable. You can only lose fat if you use fat.)

  5. Swimming, Running, Bike Riding. Anything thats not sitting on the cmp.

  6. CARDIO!

    Go jog outside for an hour and that fat will go bye-bye.

    Or get some great workout dvd's and pump it up.

    Say hello to rock solid abs!...lol.
