Whats a good eyeliner???

Question

i want an eyeliner that is jet black and doest smudge or irritate my eye.

if u could tell me a good eyeliner to get that would be awesome :D

i've been using rimmel for years! and it has never failed me..plus it is pretty cheap!!

I would go with a pencil in this case, since liquid liner often runs with eye secretions if your eyes water easily. I use Almay eyeliner in black, it's hypoallergenic and is less likely to cause irritation. Any eyeliner will cause that if you're using it incorrectly (i.e. using it too far on the inside of your lash line instead of briefly swiping it.)

I think the best eyeliner that doesn't run and also is waterproof is ~maybelline new york define a line.~ It also comes with an eraser so if you make a mistake you don't have to wash your whole face just remove the spot...

cover gil perfect blend! it has a smudger on one side just in case u mess up and it comes out smooth and dark and really easy to put on and it stay on all day!!!! it like a pencil crayon..well it says that!!! haha :D but it last like forever before u have to sharpen it! And its like 1.50!!!

laura mercier bcause it goes on your eyelid very smoothly and doesnt smudge if you get the waterproof one. or the lancome/christian dior ones are also good. if you want the lancome one then you don't have 2 get waterproof bcause it doesnt smudge @ all. but if you want 2 use it when you go swimming then you should get the waterproof one obviously. here are the links. btw they are all from nordstroms.

i have tried all the expensive brands and still love my mabeline. Its a red colored pencil, not the eyeliner part just the outside of it. they come 2 in a package. Doesnt smear or irritate my sensitive eyes and it is inexpensive.

Umm....Avon is also great.  It's a bit more expense, but sometimes it goes on sale.  Now that I think about it, it was just on sale for $1.89, go to avon.com and see if it's still on sale.

i use NYC pencil thats black. its only like a dollar or two at target. it doesn't irritate my eyes so maybe it will work for you. also, just try different kinds that aren't too expensive and see what you like, just experiment. good luck!
