I have to do a project for school on flowering plant growth. I'm wondering what flower i can use that would react the most to different levels of pH of its water.

  1. Beans, peas, corn, radishes all germinate fairly quickly and are readily available from garden centers.  You might want to use both a dicot (beans, peas, radishes) and a monocot (corn, wheat, rye) in your tests.
