  1. Oatmeal every morning 1/2 cup cooked for 30 days. This will get you started the rest is up to you. There is no magic bullet. I recommend a product called Steel Cut Oats Plus you can get it at www.earthbornproducts.us Any good oatmeal that does not have all the bad ingreidents will also do the job.   2. Some fattening nuts will fill you up quick.

  3. cottage cheese, tuna, chicken, eggs

  4. Rye Crisps. They are a Finnish food and they are like hard crackers full of fiber. They don't taste too great but they fill me up with one cracker. (they are the size of like 4 regular crackers). They are kind of hard to find though.
