Whats a good free anti spyware?

I keep getting warnings on my comp saying that my comp is infected with spyware. Do you know any good FREE anti spyware that actually removes it?

At work, we use both Spybot and Adaware:

http://lavasoft.com/    (for Adaware)

It's good to install both and run them both regularly to update and clean off your computer.  What one doesn't detect, the other will.
