You can give her a frame with a memorial picture of both of you. Or if you're good with crafts and such, maybe you can make her a personalized card with pictures, inside jokes...etc

An inexpensive gift would be to frame a picture of the two of you. You could go to the dollar store and get an inexpensive frame to put it in.
