i hd one for my 13th birthday and we got decorations favors games prizes food and cake for 30 people and it all costed around 120$

for my 14th my parents rented out a local skating rink and hired a DJ. So it was really fun. You should do that.

just invite sum friends over to go places with u. go get ur another ear pierce, go get a permit book to start practicing, shopping, nails done, or u could invite ppl to dress up and have a dinner party sum where.  u could have it at a skatin rink at night, bowling. or go to da movies. on my 14th bday i did the movies and we all ate cake then went to the movies and them the nest day i got my nails done, got a permit book, and ear pierce
