Whats a good idea for a school project?

my friend wants to make clay figures and then put emm on a shoebox

its about alligators we were suppose to do that but its way too hard

my question is what is something easy i can make about alligators

print out something and attach that with cardboard for alligators and put some swamp material in the shoe box.

I don't consider hard.
