Whats a good incentive to give away an Ipod Shuffle?

I have a team of about 10 casual staff, who cold call companies to get "leads" they need to get at least 2 each per shift.

I want to give away an Ipod Shuffle for good work of some kind, but need an incentive. Any ideas?
