i got mine at target. its called maybelline new york define-a-line. its soft black. mine is NOT waterproof. i personally dont like the water proof kind cause i can never get it off but thats just me. hope you find wat you're looking for!!!!!! :D  ohh and also you can just twist it for more to come out.  =]

Revlon ColorStay, but it's one of those twist-up eye pencils, and it's bad to break off before you use it up. It's hard to sharpen too...can't get a good precise line.

I love the L'Oreal HIP cream eyeliners, in the little pots. They're around 10 bucks at Wal-Mart, which is a little expensive, but man do they last. My eyeliner looks the same when I go to bed as it does when I leave the house in the morning--it even lasts through a workout. They only have about 5 colors (teal, eggplant, black, brown, midnight),  but they're pretty.

At walgreens, theres a 2.99  eye pencil from NYC.

i use revlon waterproof one w/built in shapener

Its good :D I always wipe where I get them like every 20 minutes just to make sure it wont be there.

Avon has many different kinds.  The one I have does not run.  However, NYC brand cosmetics is inexpensive and they work well.

it only runs if yo cry hard.....not if you get sweaty or teary.
