  1. "No one gets out of here alive!"

You don't often see "The Doors" and "inspirational" in the same sentence. Strange, that!

  2. I guess it depends what inspires you. To make it easier to read I will break it up into a few different categories.

    Love

“That's what real love amounts to- letting a person be what he really is. Most people love you for who you pretend to be. To keep their love, you keep pretending- performing. You get to love your pretence. It's true, we're locked in an image, an act-”

“Love cannot save you from your own fate.”

    Life/Freedom

"I think the highest and lowest points are the important ones. Anything else is just...in between. I want the freedom to try everything."

"I'm interested in anything about revolt, disorder, chaos, especially activity that appears to have no meaning. It seems to me to be the road toward freedom."

    "

The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask." (a personal favorite)

    Friendships

"A friend is someone who gives you total freedom to be yourself."

"Friends can help each other. A true friend is someone who lets you have total freedom to be yourself-and especially to feel. Or, not feel. Whatever you happen to be feeling at the moment is fine with them. That's what real love amounts to-letting a person be what he really is."

    Poetry/Art/Media

"I think in art, but especially in films, people are trying to confirm their own existences."

"If my poetry aims to achieve anything, it's to deliver people from the limited ways in which they see and feel."

"Listen, real poetry doesn't say anything; it just ticks off the possibilities. Opens all doors. You can walk through anyone that suits you."

"The appeal of cinema lies in the fear of death."

"Whoever controls the media, controls the mind."

    Violence/Authority

"When you make your peace with authority, you become authority."

"Violence isn't always evil. What's evil is the infatuation with violence."

"Hatred is a very underestimated emotion."

    Death

"Death makes angels of us all and gives us wings where we had shoulders smooth as ravens claws."

"People fear death even more than pain. It's strange that they fear death. Life hurts a lot more than death. At the point of death, the pain is over. Yeah, I guess it is a friend."

    Fun/Random

"Some of the worst mistakes of my life have been haircuts."

"Where's your will to be weird?"

These are just a few of my favorite quotes, they are also the more well known ones. There are a lot more though, I will include some in the source box. Also you may want to look into this interview http://www.amazon.com/Lost-Interview-Tap...  The Canadian one has a lot of good conversations you could turn into quotes. (It's also on Youtube, just search for the name and part one)
