I want to buy a 17 year old a nice car, something that is liable, and is good on gas and used, under 10,000 dollars. Also i want to get her a car at least from 2004 (year) on up, no year under that. something nice she would enjoy and be happy with.

  1. I agree, Honda civic or Toyota corolla. Toyota also has those small hatchbacks for decent prices.

  2. Pontiac Vibe

    Hyundai

    Elantra

    Santa Fe V6

    Sonata

    Toyota

    Corolla

    Echo

  3. buy a 1990-1999 volvo, trust me, they are tanks and ride like new cars even after 175k miles!

i love my volvo 850 turbo, safe, economic, classy and very quick.

  4. Buy a Toyota or Honda.

  5. I guess you should also compare insurance quotes for cars before buying one, for example here: http://carquotes.sinfree.net

Young drivers usually have much higher rates than others. And it depends from car.

  6. Don't listen to these hoibnda and toyota maniacs. domestic (or american) cars are every bit as reliable, and waayyy (i mean way) cheaper to maintain.
