a) a chic- lets say keep formal but s**y. White shirt, black pencil skirt, maybe heels and a sweater.

b) a guy- Sweater, pants, nothing special, maybe a colorful tie.

Something professional, crisp, and chic. If you're very trendy and fashionable, I would suggest a nice dress that is not short, but fits nicely and flatters you. Also, if you don't like dresses, a pencil skirt and a crisp white blouse. Or you can always go for a nice pair of pants and a button-down shirt that fits well and is not too bland.
