Whats a good low fat option from a chinese take way?

on weight watchers but amhaving a girly night chinese dvd best friends dont want completely ruin all my hard work!!!

  1. i would recommend either chicken or prawns with the following: chop suey, mixed veg, chilli and garlic or ginger and spring onions.  have it with a portion of boiled/steamed rice.

    AVOID at all costs anything deep fried in batter, ie. prawn toast, spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken etc, prawn crackers, banana fritters.... i think you get the idea!!

    Portions are usually large at chinese takeaways so if you just eat half the meal then that will be even better!!

    chicken, brocolli, and garlic sauce dish .

    the dish i get comes with chicken, brocolli, assorted vegatbles like cabbage, snow peas, carrot, onions, and of course plenty of garlic sauce. delicous and very healthy!!!

    just stay away from rice or any sugary sauces.

    the only option is to limit ur points for the rest of the week and dont be put off if u havent lost at ur next meeting

  4. one night wont completely ruin all ur hard work..eat lighter early on in the day than usual and have some chinese have veges from there but i mean nothing there is really healthy persay the mo go gain chicken is good though it's sautted not fried and it's yummy just dont eat all the sauce it's sautted in it has alot of veges in it too..um general chaos chicken is really bad for u the teriaki steak is okay um roasted chicken wings? just dont get stuff that's has fried covering and ul be okay and dont eat too too much but u wont gain weight just one night..trust me u need to eat like 3000cals more than usual to gain a pound  dont think ull be doing that
