Whats another online word proccessor that ii can save my documents to the same format that ms word saves it to and i can save it to my hd

Google Docs has an online word processor that's Word compatible.  And it's free too.  Also includes a spreadsheet, presentation and calendar online version as well.

Not sure about the online request, do you mean to access remotely?  How about checking out Open Office instead of Word.  It has all the same goodies, & free (open source I believe).  I also use their version for spreadsheets.  Also gives you ability to convert from Word to Open Office if you are emailing etc.

(Google has documents online, where you can access from anywhere - you just need a google email address).
