Any island in the Caribbean is great, try out of the way destinations like Dominica (not dominican republic) or Turks and Cacaos or Trinidad. they are nice. Another good spot for black men is Germany or even France, but it helps if you speak some of the language.

honestly you can visit Germany or England and your race does not matter. there are black Germans and black British people. i lived in both locations and met a few while there. Germany has great castles and Berlin is interesting to visit( history can be fun) while England has many parts of London that is unique and the country side is beautiful. in both countries do not just stick to the cities.
