Olive Garden is fantastic for romantic boyfriend/girlfriend eats.  Also, if that is too expensive, try a Chinese buffet somewhere... it's good, too.

how bout sumwhere nice, romantic, quiet, no yelling from dam kids and their parent wont do anything bout it, and sumwhere polite by that i mean the waitress and every1 there

I am not sure of your location but I love "The Melting Pot".  It is a fondue restaurant, very romantic.  You select the meats(steak, chicken ,shrimp, salmon,etc), vegetables (broccoli, potatoes,mushrooms, etc)and the flavor (Caribbean, spicy...cant remember them all) that you'd like to cook in and you cook at your private table....which is decorated with candles and low lights....then there is desert w/chocolate (Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, etc) that you fondue the fruit(s) of your choice in (strawberries, bananas, pineapples, etc)..they provide excellent drinks and customer service!!!! If you go..I told you so!!!! Have fun!
