Whats a good polyphasic sleep schedule for someone in high school? ?

  1. Hmm, not sure if that would be possible. From what I've read (haven't yet tried it myself) on polyphasic sleep, you need to have at least 20 mins every several hours. Unless you can use part of your lunch break for a short nap to break up the 8 hours, then it'd be about 4 hours and you could probably do it. It's just depends on how long your lunch break is, if you can find somewhere to take a nap that's quiet enough, and if you still have enough time to eat.


  2. sleep at 10 PM, wake up at 6:30 am

    depending on your school schedule
