Whats a good program that takes the songs from my ipod and puts them on my laptop?

I got a laptop and I wanted to put all the songs from my Ipod on it, so I brought this thing called the IGadget that was supposed to rip the songs from my ipod to to here, but not all of them transferred and im still missing about 200 songs that didnt get on the laptop. is there a better program? I have windows btw.

you can use iTunes, just when you plug your iPod into the computer, and save it to the computer

Try Senuti  (iTunes spelled backwards)  You only get a trial version, but it lets you rip from seven iPods before you have to pay, so if you just need it to get your music onto your new comp, you're sorted.
