Whats a good program to use to make videos of my own?

Like... video's i can make, and little videos i can record from my camera..etc.

Sony Vegas is nice and user friendly and they have their Sony DVD architect  for after editing to install onto a DVD with a title page is good too. Now there's different levels of Sony DVD editors so get the one for beginners they usually start at a little over a hundred. Truthfully Iv never used the Architect software part but I will start and my son learned it in about a hour and did a great job. The Editor Iv used plus a dozen other editing softwares too, well have fun. Remember this is only my opinion there are other programs you can use such as Roxio, Pinnacles, Unlead and etc and some of these companies will even give you a free trial for about 15-30 days before you buy, you would have to download it from their company web site.

if you use windows, your immediate choice is windows movie maker.

if you use mac, your immediate choice is imovie.

both programs are free, and then, you can use also use them in conjunction with the free bundled software that came with your videocam.

You can try windows movie maker. This comes with windows XP if you can see it in your all programs you can go into C:/program files and find it in there. that should let you burn to a dvd
